We’re inviting our York Region NFL Flag Football players and families to join us in Durham Region this winter for 8 weeks of Skills, Drills & Scrimmage Games.

Our Winter program is designed to keep players active, continue developing their football skills and give them an opportunity to get on the field throughout the winter months.
🏈 Winter Skills & Development
The Winter program focuses on the skills and techniques players need on both offence and defence.
Players will work on:
- QB skills
- Passing and catching
- Route running
- Running and ball carrying
- Agility and speed
- Flag pulling
- Defensive positioning
- Defensive formations
- Game strategies
- Teamwork and communication
🏆 Put Your Skills Into Action
Every session will include 5 vs. 5 scrimmage games, giving players the opportunity to put the skills they have learned into action.
The Winter program is not a traditional competitive season. Our focus is on player development, learning, getting plenty of reps and, most importantly, having fun.

Divisions: U8, U10, U12, U14 & U16
8 Weeks: January 9 – February 27, 2027
Day: Saturdays
Sessions: Between 12 PM – 4 PM

Refund Policy
- All players must be fully registered and paid before participating.
- Refund Requests: Must be submitted in writing to the League Operator.
- Administrative Fee: $75 withdrawal/administration fee applies to all refunds.
- Refund Timeline:
- 21+ days before the first game: Full refund (minus administrative fee)
- Up to the first game: 50% refund (minus administrative fee)
- After the first game: No refunds
- Note: Service fees are non-refundable.
